“… Despite its plan to acquire data domain with stock plus some if you’re looking to buy, maybe you get a pullback, maybe you don’t. But ntap now goes up with brocade-w amd, with TEKELEC and all my other tech trades as up to the great four horsemen, apple, amazon, google, and research in motion, although those won’t quit either. …” …more details…

“… As part of a nasdaq rally, yes. Because it got added to the dow. Here’s the company that I would not focus on other than the fact that some strange anomaly is bringing it to my attention. NTAP has managed to head higher despite its plan to acquire data domain with stock plus some if you’re looking to buy, maybe you get a pullback, maybe you don’t. But NTAP now goes up with brocade-w amd, with tekelec and all my other tech trades as up to the great four horsemen, apple, amazon, google, and research in motion, although …” …more details…

“… >> hey, what’s up there, champ? >> caller: hey, how about a big west michigan gm is no longer on the dow boo-yah. >> mm-hmm. >> caller: my question is since CISCO, CSCO, is taking the place of gm on the dow, what is your opinion on CISCO around 19.50? >> well, I own CISCO for actionalertsplus.Com, my I bought it when it was down and out. Bought it when it was higher. Bought it when it was lower. I want to make this point. What CISCO does is increase the earnings in the new weighting in that’s important. My friend doug kass at realmoney.Com kept pointing that out today at part of thestreet.Com where i’m I don’t think it matters. Not a lot of money, as bob pisani said eloquently today, is leveraged or put in the dow jones average. All that said, it does point out that CISCO is a consistently good company. Should the stock have been up a as part of a nasdaq rally, yes. Because it got added to the dow. Here’s the company that I would not focus on other than the fact that some strange anomaly is …” …more details…

“… Now, tonight we have learned that emc just put in a bid for data domain at a higher praise than n price than NTAP’s currently pay iing. That could knock it down as people fear it will have to overpay for data domain. But it could also force the arbitragers to buy back the NTAP either way I still like this but it would be far better with data domain than without it. And clearly, NTAP’s in a buy or be bought world. Ashley in massachusetts. Ashley. >> hey, what’s up there, champ? >> caller: hey, how about a big …” …more details…

“… I’d wait for a pullback if you can get one. The stock’s cheap, even here. Especially given the dearth of still cheap tech stocks after the historic run. “… Two years, this dog, network appliance, gave itself new life. Data domain’s products all seamlessly integrate with existing backup systems so NTAP can go from being a technological laggard at the back of the storage pack to a leader with some of the hottest tech in the business it can quickly distribute to its existing customers. Data domain should also help …” …more details…

“… Earnings per share this fiscal it’s not even add td to on top of that. Network appliance is with $3.50 in cash per share on its balance sheet a takeover TARGET in itself, or at least it was until but instead of selling off network appliance, after opening slightly lower the next day, closed above where it had been before the deal was announced. …” …more details…

“… Pretty amazing competitors, amc, ibm, hewlett-packard, a stock I own for my actionalertsplus.Com charitable trust and I wish I were bigger in, hitachi, and the large but not very formidable DELL, which is going up even though reported a bad quarter. That kind of to me made network appliance a total snoozefest, and not even in a space where the competition is light and when I say storage, you have to …” …more details…
