I would rather own a nice commercial state and real estate trust like brandywine. I know the ceo is a close watcher of the show. If you, meaning you home gamers, are really interested and send us a lot of e-mail on it, isle follow up. How about NVE corp. This one is really interesting. This is $265 million market cap. Got dinged for over three it's interesting, it's speculative. It has a patented but unproven technology called m-ram. The main technology may be unproven but it's a real since 004, NVEC has been transitioning from a company that mainly got its money from r & d contracts to one with real last quarter, 20% of its revenue came from r&d, 80% came from selling real things. Recently it's been an ultra fast sales up 41%.. But it trades at 22 times earnings. Now, that isn't expenseive when you consider long-term growth rates around 25%. But really darn interesting. Let's call it incredibly speculative, but it does have game-changing technology if it's proven. Not for the faint of heart. Now, I want to follow up on something we followed up on tuesday's show and i'm very proud of this. We talked about the ipo of a 1 this one priced at $13.50 a that's where I told you it would be very reasonable and for you to get in your nax mum.

That's right. Was trumped not once but twice with a pair of stock I was not familiar with. Neil from new york asked about fab row technology. And then he gives you answers these new yorkers right now. First dft, which is kind of really in a similar vain as the holy roman empire. What is dfd, it's a real estate investment trust, a reit.
